About this event in the Jura in Port-Lesney
An illustrated journey through the French countryside
To mark Documentary Film Month, the media library hosts a screening of the documentary film "La disparition des lucioles". This work takes viewers on an immersive trip across rural landscapes through the perspective and drawings of comic book authors. Travelling from the Maurienne valley to the Vosges forest, via the Pays de la Loire, Normandy, and Ardèche, these artists explore the ongoing shifts reshaping rural France.
The screening will be followed by an open discussion with Laurent Segal, the documentary's producer and co-author.
